Thank you sooo much!!

Just so you know - my best friend, her husband and I went out on Friday night to celebrate the fact that I am 44 today. I had my very first Margarita. Or two. or three.

We had Mexican food for dinner and then they took my drunk ass to the bowling alley! I haven't had that much fun in forever.

My present to me: I had several inches of hair cut off and got a new style. I got my contact prescription refilled for the first time since May of last year so I am without my glasses again. And yesterday my daughter and I colored my hair. I have never been a brunette before and thought I would try it out.

Oh - DH would have loved to join us for dinner on Friday but he is not home. This is going to be a long year as he is on his way back to Iraq.
