When I lived in Texas back in the 70's - my hubby and I went to a few strip joints. They took their tops off, but never their bottoms. I am sure there are many States that do the same now, am I missing something?

Yes, when I visited our office in Newcastle once they took me out for a night's "entertainment" - complete with bucking bronco and cages for the girls.
