Well, work is much better if a little more challenging; I have some superb sets this year but more responsibility...boo! I'm also doing a history degree on top of my job. Basically, the head wondered why I'm so passionate about history but chose Lang & Lit (the core subjects always require more teachers) so he persuaded me to go for history as well - all cool since the school is paying! Furthermore, it gives me more scope in what I apply for in future which can only be a bonus.

Other than that, I've had a few trips here and there, Scotland, London again and this weekend I'm off to south suffolk (not far, but staying somewhere outrageously fab!) and then the week after I'm off to Surrey for a few days. In short, it's all come good!:-6

Allo Pinks! I am delighted to see you here as I am not great with facebook. You are doing a history and literature degree, that is fantastic news. Your professor is right, its a great idea to engage with what you are passionate about, you are going to ace it of course because I know you love history. Its so great to here you are doing well with your new year. :-6

Wow, history degree whilst working full time!! Don't know where you'll find the energy but I'm sure you will.

I really admire people who take on that amount of studying and work whilst trying to make a living too. I did a GCSE evening class a few years ago and that was hard enough to make time for!

You are missed around here though so if you have time (:wah:) please say hello now and again!
