You're kidding right. Of course they do. I suppose some do it for the shock effect, others just because they a perv's. I guess you would have to be a flasher to understand it. Kind of like having to be a dog to understand why you lick your own ass.

When my ex and I were in the big truck one time, I was talking to him and he was driving, he had this shocked look on his face, because a woman just flashed her boobs at him while she was driving down the road....

I suppose it's all in the intention. Someone is intending to shock/offend you, and get some kind of sexual thrill from this reaction. I guess also there are gradations of annoyance. Someone merely letting it all hang out, intentionally but passively, is a different cup of tea to someone aggressively threatening you with an erect dick. The first is pretty sad. The second could be dangerous. I've seen a few flashers. In all cases - they were of the first kind. Sort of pathetic little men. If this is the only sexual satisfaction available to them, I'm sorry for them. And, without exception, they really didn't have anything worth displaying.

I tend to forget that my bedroom window overlooks a pretty busy street. I tend to always remember after I get out of the shower and find myself staring out the window at the people driving up the street as my ever gravity afflicted balls swing around freely.

If there is evidence, Fuzzy Butt, that this can escalate into more serious offences, then I reckon you should throw the book at the perpetrators.

The flashers I saw, were, certainly deviant, and sad specimens. One in the Sydney Botanical Gardens, looked like he'd been drinking metho. But I am a grownup, and was in no way threatened.

I do however know of a case in the ACT involving indecent exposure in an underpass between a local pre-school and primary school. The flasher was upsetting small children. He was arrested regularly, sent for psychiatric evaluation, and released, much to the frustration of the police. In the end, we parents ended up patrolling the area. The flasher, I heard, moved on to another school area. Short of beating the crap out of him, what can you do?
