A valuable and life saving device, which has saved many women. :-4

BUT I can only image that it was a man who invented this monstrous machine and WHAT WERE THEY THINKING OF !!!!

Could they not of designed a machine that allowed a little more dignity, and did not leave you feeling like you have just sent your boobs through a vice.

Image a man putting his tackle into something like that ..... I think not

Now that I like :wah: Can we add to the picture, a scary nurse that grabs it, rams it painfully into the machine and then slams it such. And then says its important you don't move :D

Oh gosh ofcourse a man invented it! Why is the question? I mean....how does one become a gynocologist/OB or a proctologist even? When hes in medical school does he think "You know...my passion is really looking up other peoples butts!" Ive never understood that one!:D

Oh the worst is when you see your gyno at the store like I did one time...do I say hi and act like I know him...or do I not make eye contact? :wah:

They are shockers ,but necessary:)

If I can just add a bit to the mammogram debate, can all you women please ask to have an ultrasound scan as well as the mammogram.Sometimes things are missed with the mammograms.:-6

Thanks MrsK. Why do they not just do a ultrasound? Its less painful and if more precise? :-6

I am not sure why the scan will not do,maybe all the radiographers are men & still want to inflict the pain.

Or they have shares in the mammogram machines;):wah:
