The Pink Panther Movies

Ok Perhaps I need a life but oooo I am so excited, since I got my big TV I have been catching up on some movie watching and collecting.

I have now got 5 ot the original Pink Panther movies including "a shot in the dark" I loved these flicks when I was in my teens and still think David Niven and Peter Sellers are 2 of the funniest men of comedy.

They had one on last night, my husband laughed all through it, they are great.

oh they have been my faves for years. Even my 17 year old daughter has found them a riot. I was amazed when I saw them out on DVD. I may have to have a movie marathon one weekend and just watch them ahahahaha

I find that as I get older, it is getting harder and harder to find a new movie that is actually funny. I really HATE movies like Dumb and Dumber or these new movies that seem to think that really stupid main characters are worth a laugh.

I LOVE the old Pink Panther movies! Peter Sellers was fabulous! I also just adore the old Jerry Lewis movies and I think that Danny Kaye was hysterical!

i love the scene where peter sellers trashes the grand piano and the posh lady says: "that is a priceless Steinway!"

and the inspector replies: "Not anymore."
