i am wanting to sign up for msn messenger ... i have tried to sign in but they say my firewall is blocking them ...
i am a very serious dumbass with computers and internet ...
can anyone help and explain very slowly what i have to do ... like you would to a five ... no make that that ... a four year old?

Here's a good start - go to http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html and download and run the program there. It'll give you a web page showing how your computer's configured. PM me a copy of what it says (putting it into the thread's giving away too many details).
