I've actually had one of the most depressing weeks in a long, long time, but thankfully things seem to be getting a little better.

Sorry that's happening to you. I know how you feel. I think that the true sign of being a good friend is giving each other space and not making friends feel guilty.

Unfortunately, life does get in the way of many things that we wish to do. Friends should always just let you work through the issues surrounding you and just support you.

I have some friends and family who get angry with me if I'm not there all the time, and some friends that would still love me weeks, months or even years later when I finally contact them.

Friends who forgive you for not constantly keeping in touch are my kind of friends.
