A burrito is made from a tortilla and a taco is either a small tortilla folded over and can be served hard or soft. Both are really good. Umm, I'm really getting hungry here.

tacos i have are sort of a hard shell in a U shape which you fill with various ingredients and then put hot chillie sauce over ... is that right??

yes and you are a very good student today:D I use the 8" tortillas as they are easier to fill. Just lay some scrambled eggs across them, top with cheese, bacon, etc. and then take each side and fold over the egg mixture, then take the bottom part of the fold and fold that over. Very easy to make.

Hi Idgie,

Thank you so much for the cosmo. Right now I'm sitting at the airport in Tampa and enjoying a good lunch and visiting in the FG....laptops are great.

You know, I asked you a question a long time ago, but don't think you saw it. I love your name.....did you take it from "Fried Green Tomatoes?"

kathy if your flying into New Jersey today, it's pouring. My daughter was very bummed this weekend as she is down the shore right now and wanted to go into the ocean:mad:.

Would you like some sour cream and salsa with that burrito?
