I dutifully frontline my dogs and cats, and heartguard my dogs. So I thought I would save a few bucks and order from PetMeds, well my vets refused to issue the required script for the heartguard ... very annoying.
I was a little pissed, but our vets are excellent in every other way. They looked after and tried to save our little kitten who sadly died of Feline Leukemia . And they were excellent with Codi when he had his asthma attack ... I think he would of died had it not been for them. Also they are excellent at dealing with Bradley's 'vet phobia' (95 lbs of fear), so I guess I'll get over it.
Has anyone else has problems with their vets authorizing PetMed products?

What was the reason your vet gave for not issuing a scrip? I would certainly ask them.

Oh brother. That means they want you to buy it from them at their price.
