Fall catalog already?

Just got my L.L. Bean in the mail today... yup, July 13th that has to

be the earliest ever.

Cover with brilliantly colored fall leaves on it... the whole shebang.

And don't you hate seeing school stuff out after 4th of July? I went into Hallmark last weekend and saw Christmas ornaments-give me a break!

Talk of Back to School means back to work for me, I like summer to last a long time......................................

I do like the summer sales, and have done my stocking up on what to wear all year at work. I prefer the bright colors and patterns of summer all year long, and at cheap prices after the 4th of July!

I'm with Far, if it's not My Car & Driver, Field & Stream, or Boating or my Wife's House Beautiful, or Martha Stewart magazines they get tossed ASAP. Catalogs don't even make into the house!

Yes I got my LL Bean catalog yesterday too. This morning I ordered a pair of navy slacks from it. I have been on a very strict diet and have lost a lot of weight and have been looking for a pair of navy slacks(my fave) but this year everything is bright green or pink in the stores. Now I have nothing against pink and bright green but I need my navy slacks.
