I see what you mean the only other things on this are just other agencies picking up on it-not that a quick five minute trawl shows anyway.

US issues threat to Iraq's $50bn foreign reserves in military deal
If it's true I would have thought it would be getting shouted from the rooftops, kind of lays to rest the theory that invading Iraq was about restoring democracy.
