Play it again Sam - CASABLANCA (1942)

Not in the movie.

From www.phrases.org.uk :

Bogart's supposed line from Casablanca. This is well-known as one of the most widely misquoted lines from films. The actual line in the film is 'Play it, Sam'.

okay i'm way to big a movie fan and have to many favorites to narrow them down to just 1 or 2 so here goes! :wah:

After all, tomorrow is another day! (Gone With The Wind)

My momma always said life was like a box of chocolates¦you never know what you're gonna get.

Forrest Gump, spoken by Tom Hanks

Love means never having to say you're sorry. (Love Story)

I would rather have had one breath of her hair, one kiss from her mouth, one touch of her hand...than an eternity without it" - City of Angels

And three from The Notebook! :wah:

"I want all of you, forever, you and me, every day."

"Look, guys. That's my sweetheart in there. I'm not leaving her. This is my home

now. Your mother is my home."

"I think our love can do anything we want it to."

John Wayne (not a Western film) stomps up to a door, kicks it in violently, steps into the room then says ' Knock, knock !' as only John Wayne can :wah::wah:

If anybody can tell me the film it is from, I'll be happy

Young Guns.

Billy the Kid (Emilio Estevez) has a gun trained on someone and he says "Yoo Hoo! I'll make ya famous." I love that.

Brannigan (1975)

there is nothing he likes better than to smash down villains' front doors and bellow defiantly: "Knock! Knock!". This is vintage John Wayne ...

Thanks Hope ! Yes that's the one :wah:

I don't go to see films much these days, the last one I saw was 'Lord of the Rings' I've seen all they've made. Brilliant, but has to be seen initially on the big screen with the terrific sound. I have got all the videos, well at least my son has - cos I bought them for him as a present.:wah: I wait for the films to be shown on TV !

:wah::wah: you're welcome darlin!

i love movies before Jacob was born i used to go to the movies just about every weekend but i'm waiting for him to get old enough to go now.

going to a theater is a great experience, there are some movies that are just so much better if seen on the big screen, the LOTR's movies are some of those.
