Celebrety Foreclosures?

Post by Lon »

Am I supposed to have sympathy for poor ole Ed McMahon (Johnny Carson's sidekick) because he is behind on his mortgage payments? Gimme a break. I watched him plead his case on "Larry King's" TV program and thought to myself, I don't believe what I'm hearing.

This guy has made millions, so what if he's been married twice and the first wife cleaned him out. Who cares? He's in his 80's for crying out loud. What the hell is he doing even having a mortgage at his age? My advice? Scale down to a more reasonable abode and live within your income like everyone else must do. OH------and dump that dumb broad of a Trophy Wife you have, besides, she must be 50 years younger than you.

I agree Lon some how I just can't feel sorry for him. What the heck did he do with all his money to begin with. His house should be paid off by now. Sorry ED no sympathy from me.

I, of course, have NO sympathy!!....guess he won't be bringing me my publishers clearing house check or whatever scam he used to be the spokesperson for.

From a woman that just lost her only home that her children have ever known for 17 years.....no fault of my own....heaven knows I tried!!....I have NO sympathy for him or any other celeb. that cries poor....they should've invested better!--I would love the opportunity to invest money!

If you were in a position to have that kind of money you should've made better decisions with it or hired people who knew how to do it for you.

All the money that man makes, and he couldn't pay his house off? That just boggles my mind. Your house, real estate for that matter is the most important investment you can make, it should be one of the first things you're money goes to shouldn't it.
