hui fuzzy,

i cannot remember when i last had a proper letter !!

where i live, 62 post offices are due to close shortly, mostly in outlying villages because they are no longer viable !!

and no wonder.............. here we are on here tapping away on a computor, with mobile phones that take a few seconds to send a text message.

i was pm'ing luvdawgs last night, it took a few seconds to talk to someone in america from england !! so its hardly suprizing no one writes a letter these days.

I feel there is something about holding a letter . The smell of the paper and each persons individual hand writing and ......I dont' know something tangible, to hold

Put fruit on your head like Carmen Miranda. That way you can reach up anytime and grab a tangible.

My mum used to write me 10 page letter every week. I used to love getting them but now she has gone and I tend to just pick up the phone:( I miss getting letters:-1
