Of course! What do looks have to do with it, pheromes are a much stronger allure as a physical attraction.

A most interesting conversation I once had was with a color blind man-the sun was setting on a beautiful summer day, and he described it to me. Not like I would; he looked beyond the pallette of colors and described things like textures, sight, sound-things those with good vision would usually overlook.

People born blind or even blinded later can and do fall in love. The "looks" barrier is not there so they can count on the more esoteric values, as seeing people should and often don't. Imagine online relationships...people falling for people they've never met because of the words written or spoken by that other person and the personality that comes through.
