Quiet day at the beach.....supposed to rain and lightening again today.....think that's why it's so quiet....it's nice and peaceful.

Next week, we'll have thousands of people here......

The closest thing I'm getting to being really cooled off is the shower:wah:. Going to a bbq today.

Oh well it's a good day to stay indoors like you said it's to dang hot out there. My air has been on for about a week now and love it. The beach sounds so good also.

btw...I also planted some cayanne seeds and they're beginning to sprout.

Just checked....72 miles and 1hr. 48 min drive says maps.com

Never been there though...checked it out and it looks beautiful...lovely beaches...

Hi Kathy Ellen, good to see you too! Yes, a/c is on in our house too. Rather humid today. Mustang just fed the deer and I'm taking pictures of the 2 fawns that came in with mama. :-4 Oh my goodness, how spunky they are! :-4 What a treat to see them experiencing their new life!

I'm just glad those deer are not in my backyard....they are at the park down the street though.

Oh that's so sweet Babe....could you post the pics of the fawns...In my last home which is only over the bridge...we lived near a huge park . The deer used to

walk up and down our street at night.....It was so lovely to see them.
