and Hi to Kaz, about powerpoint viewer - it is useful to have it cos peeps send stuff in emails that you can't see unless you use powerpoint viewer, it's a B nuisance, but I received summat that was on pps and you can't change it so I have to forward it in the same format grrrrrrrrrr. The weather forecast aint good for this week - showery and breezy, still you'll still enjoy yourself at your vvvvpv !!

i do that for an ex of mine fuzzy, he had FIVE brain anyurisums, that aint spelt right !!

he had 3 removed, one is so deep in his brain they cant do anything about it and the last one burst which put him in hospital for over 12mths.

he's got minimum use of his left side and dare i say it, selective memory loss when it suits him and leads a pretty normal life ( as far as he can ) now.

now and again i pop in and tidy up for him and sort his washing and dishes etc.

Hi Girls,

hope you are all keeping well, I am doing really well, feeing all relaxed after my holiday, just trying to get through all the washing now!

My baby is doing really well and seems to be growing every day, what a great tonic Alfie has been for us all, he is a right character, I will try to post a more recent picture of him.

I have another surgery planned for next month where I will be out of action for 6 weeks so I will make sure that I come here every day to annoy you all

I have missed you all :-4, but sometimes real life seems to just get in the way of FG :rolleyes::wah:

Thanks mate, I can't believe the change he has brought out in me, he is totally adorable, I am even thinking of trying to get some land to start a kennels, I went looking at places for when I was away and was so upset with them that I thought I should open a nice one, home from home for dogs

Are you going away this year? I must say Jim and I had a brill time, I will get back on later and post some pics

Sorry didn't read op properly!! Yes he is a springer spaniel cross collie, very smart and incrediably loving, ahhhhh. He is funny when he runs because he just springs everywhere like tigger off of Winnie the Pooh!

im off sick at the moment, just had thyroid glands removed !! so not sure about holidays at the moment.

i've always wanted to do something like that with kennells or something, just keep waitng for that lottery finger to point at me.

ive got a springer, hes 7yrs old and my best friend, totally loyal and loving. his name is wallace cos his dad was called grommitt !!!

Oops, that reminds me I'd better get some lunch for the starving masses in our house, now what shall I get today ?????..............................mmmmm.............I think I'll do some cheese and chives baps, and some ham ones for Chris, praps a peanut butter one for Andy as well, I might do a corned beef one for me (I'm not a 100% vegetarian :p :rolleyes: ). Now for the dog, I'll get him some chicken with scotch broth soup mixed in ---- he loves his food !!! :wah: We know how to live it up

For anyone else wanting to know the law about Fences I have found this.....Chris will be pleased lol.

When putting up a fence, custom dictates that the posts are entirely on your land and the face of the fence, points to your neighbours. It is worth is giving up an inch or two of your land to avoid it going onto next door and creating a dispute. This is especially so since you will need cooperation to be able to repair the fence from your neighbours land. Ensure it complies with Planning Regulations – ring them first.

If you are using Larch Lap fencing, where the panels sit between the posts, then make sure that the entire post is on your side of the boundary and that the top strip overlaps the lower strip on the fact which point towards your neighbours.............WELL the posts are on Chris's land and also he has the bad side of the fence facing his garden also.....soooo now the fun begins:sneaky:;)

i do most of my shopping in somerfields cos its closest to me, last week grandaughter took me to morrisons, a shop i've always liked.

couldnt believe what i had to pay for stuff !!

a bit of cheese i normally pay about £1 75 for had gone up by a £1 !!

i buy big boxes of tea bags cos im a teaholic, and they had gone up by £1-10p.

even just for me for about 10days shopping it cost nearly £50 but this week the big buys were dog bics, washing powder and toilet rolls and i tend to bulk buy just in case one day i have to carry it back myself instead of getting a taxi.

The cheapest I reckon is Nettos that is not to far.....also Aldis are quite good.Asda is quite a distance so unless that way not worth the petrol money.....secret is if your going the direction of a certain supermarket is seeing what offers they have and do you need that item.....there out there to be had;)

I go to a different place called Price Rite, it's the same set up. Get loads of cereal for $1.99 per box, Arizona iced tea jugs normally are $3.99 but I get em for $1.99:wah:
