Need inspiration please

I'm away over the weekend (taking our insomniac 3year old grandson away in the caravan - I shall be sooooo tired by Monday!!!) in my absence would you all be so kind as to get your thinking caps on.

This summer we're taking part in our local carnival, our float is themed with builders (house building mostly) and we want some songs to play as we are going round with a building theme. We've got a few that we've thought of but any ideas would be gratefully received......

feel free to find tenuous links to building but they must be playable to any age!!!
