Right....me new lap top is with Chris....well Comet actually at the mo:wah:and me old one is dead:-1sooo I have to get another one grrrr....wanna get a pretty coloured one :DChris will give me half the money for it from me next Birthday......nowwwww I want a nice pink one...seen Dell do them.....Chez....

you may not know this but Im not to clever on a pc:wah:and dont know which one to choose....they start at 399 the pretty ones but is it any good and for the extra 30quid for the next one....is there much of a difference:-3

Carolly, we have a Dell but it's a desktop and my sister has the Dell laptop. Loves it.

was watching a bit of live BB last night and the aussie bird thats in there sara was well and truly sloshed!!! she was really wasted! i honestly dont know how on the amount of booze BB porvides for them:-3 maybe she nicked loads more than her fair share:sneaky: Thats what Mo did,, he nicked a can of lager and shared it with him and Mario,,, then they filled thier glasses with wine, then Mario asked if anyone wanted topping up with wine and beks said well theres 3 of us hasnt had any at all so far:wah: then mo nicked another can of wine and swapped it with Darnell for a ciggie! I wonder of they think we cant see them:wah:

theres a new competition show on, started last week but i didnt realise,, i wanted to watch it too,,, so im gonna check to make sure what time its starts this week:sneaky: Its on a saturday night,,, last choir standing or summat its called, anyway its like x factor but with all different types of choirs,, i caught the last ten minutes last week and saw a brilliant gospel choir:D ther used to be a church like that near us when we lived in belgium,, on our camp,,, it used to make me smile and wanna go in when i passed it and heard them singing their hearts out,,, i tell ya ,,, thats what i call praising the lord:D:guitarist:D

Carol, I have a Dell laptop and so do my two girls, I love it. Are you going to go for Vista again or stick to XP as that determines what size mem etc your new laptop needs, Vista needs at least 1gb to just run as its so huge, but I heard that Vista hasnt gone down so well and their already developing a newer version called Vienna so you need to think of that also. Tell me if your happy to stick to XP or do want to have Vista and ill go and see how much it will be for you and post it all here.

2GB memory...It makes your computer extremely faster than any less...

Well the more you incorporate into your computer the slower it gets...You could either add more memory or you can delete alot of things if you don't really use them...

thats the inspiron 1525 looks great done it in pink, if you can afford an extra 20 quid id upgrade to the next mem size up to 3072MB.

Well I build the laptop on the link so it was showing all the spec you got for that price.

£379 one is an Intel® Celeron Processor 550 (2.0Ghz, 533 MHz FSB, 1 MB L2 cache)

£399 one is Intel® Pentium Dual Core Processor T2390 (1.86Ghz, 533 MHz FSB, 1 MB L2 cache)

£429 one is Intel® Coreâ„¢ 2 Duo Processor T5750 (2.00 GHz, 667 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2 cache)

1GB will be plenty to run xp and it you upgrade the memory to the highest you can afford you will have an awesome laptop.

Duel core is much better processor

Also the £370 is only 1024MB memory whilst the £399 and the £429 are 2048MB

My new Acer one has a special screen

dunno what it is though....but was so much better than a cheaper one
