Longing For Futures Past

Post by jones jones »

do you believe that there is one sentence that if said to you by the right person at the right place at the right time ... it would make everything you longed for come true?

that your life would right itself and that you'd really be happy?

naturally one sentence won't actually do all that but don't we all hope to hear it one day?

mine is from a literary agent ...

"hi! just wanted to let you know that i have sold the paperback rights of your novel for a million dollars!"

How about 2 sentences Jj? 1. "Your back is healed, it's a miracle and you can go out and golf, fish, play tennis, bowling, softball, and b-ball again!". 2. "You've just won the lottery!"

Good luck on that book deal coming thru for you.:-6

That one sentence would come from Scarlett Johansson, naturally. She would say, "Let me make you happy, Hoppy".:)

It will be published one day. I say self-publish it and bypass an agent anyway. I do, and it works quite well. :)

One long sentence,ah, I will take a short one: Everyone I love is happy.

Everyone I love is happy

thats cos you already in nirvana chonsi .... :-6

Nirvana (Sanskrit: निर्वाण, Nirvāṇa; Pali: निब्बान, Nibbāna; Prakrit: णिव्वाण) is a sramanic philosophical concept important in Buddhism and Jainism. It is a state of being free from both suffering and the cycle of rebirth. 'Nirvana' is a Sanskrit word that literally means "to cease blowing" (as when a candle flame ceases to flicker) and/or extinguishing (that is, of the mental fetters).

me i just keep getting reborn over and over again and again ... :-5

maybe i will join you there one day!

hey! i didn't even know you were a writer ... we need to talk!
