Lovely to see you again Koochi!!!!! And I agree, it's good to set limits to time online. A few times I've found a whole afternoon's vanished when I should have been doing other stuff. Fun, and good from time to time of course, but other things need to get done too. :sneaky:

It's a little sticky, but not as hot as yesterday. Only 83 today. Actually it's nice to have the windows open:) The hail was the size of a marble.

No as it didn't last too long. It was a very strong storm and it rained all night.

It's pouring rain by me and very dark & dreary, but at least it's cooler, 59º and less humid. I can live with that!

Hi Everybody! :-4

we had an awful storm last night, rained and rained and rained wind thunder and lightening and hail!

It scared Jacob so bad he got to crying, i had to hold him through most of it poor little guy!

now i've got to go out today and check the tobacco for hail damage!

:wah::wah: Actually we like hail around here! it's not uncommon in the summer, so much so that i have a hail insurance policy on the tobacco! :wah:

and since hail usually doesn't completely ruin the plant just knocks some holes in the leaves and they pay you for that anyway, and you can still harvest!

i'll be in the money! :guitarist

of course if it ruins it completerly they pay you for your whole crop, you plow it in the ground and have the rest of the summer off! :guitarist

No damage here except for downed trees & wires and about 4,000 people out of electric in S. Eastern Pa.
