Hiya guys

This may sound like a silly question, but have any of you ideas on what to eat that wouldn't make me sick?

It's been just over a week now of me harly eating anything, yesterday i had a kiwi for lunch and that was it all day, i don't know why i've not been able to eat....i've lost about 3 lb in a week....i want to lose the weight, but i don't want to make myself ill....i just ate half a biscuit and even that has made me feel sick (and before any of you say it.........i'm definately not pregnant) LOL

I don't think i've got a virus, it's just the not eating that has made me feel sick but don't know why i can't eat, so frustrating
