We can't get a signal anywhere inside our home and must go outside.

How about you?

Are they both on the same network?

Signal fine in the house, about two bars down inside the boat but that's a tin can and makes a good Faraday cage.

I get a good signal in the house, even the basement. I have problems when I'm at Walmart in the back of the store.

No wonder Sony are making a loss in the mobile department.

We changed provider because the old one was lousy in our areas - I'm now a Virgin and it works well for me.

It depends where I'm at in the house. If I'm in the office with all my electronics I get about 2 bars. Sometimes its good other days it dies on me. But this area is known for bad receptions. Every else I use the phone it works fine. I also have Verizon.

my cell phone works fine in the house, but there are several places on the farm where it doesn't, and we have several well known dead spots on a couple of the highways here!

I have a Tracfone. I get a good signal when I'm upstairs; downstairs I don't. I can get a signal almost any where at work; a lot of people have to stand by a window to get a signal there.

I've always wondered why some people go outside to talk on their phone?!
