What Are Your Favorite Condiments?

Some people like to salt or pepper almost everything they eat or lather ketchup or mustard on their food. What are your favorite condiments and how do you use them?

I love tabasco sauce, the hotter the better, but only on Mexican Food.

I'm fond of pepper, lots of it especially on eggs and cottage cheese.

Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce on my eggs.

Horseradish- good stuff on certain sandwiches.

that HOT chili sauce you normally see in chinese restaurants. They sell it at grocery stores now. Yay! I use it instead of ketchup.

I LOVE Louisiana hot sauce.

ketchup and mustard for hot dogs.
