Usetabe, beer, chips. Now it's diet pop or iced tea and chips. Doc says get rid of the chips. Just shoot me doc.

No lists.

I start in the meat dept. I decide what I want.

Then I work around my choices.

If I got chops Ill probably get some rice.

If I got steaks Ill probably get sweet potatos and asparagus etc.

By the way try a sweet pot next time instead of baked, its sassy !

I've had to start keeping a list going every week since having kids or I'd never remember all the things we need. But food stuff I pretty much just get whatever I feel like getting when I'm there.

we need ketchup.

Know how you feel, Southern Yankee.

I have a fool proof method for shoppimg lists.

Note pad always at the ready, fill it in twice a day as each item of stock is used.

End of the week----Hand entire lists to the husband--send him off---Put "The Stones" on as loudly as possible.

Husband returns some hours later---I shout at him for forgetting something.

Husband in the dog house for the rest of the day--- no chores for me!!

detergent for the dishwasher

some kind of meat, probably hamburger and chicken

ok Monkey...here's my list since I'm having company for a few days. We're ordering lunch and dinner from the Italian restaurant next door......No grillin...just chillin.....eating lunch at the beach and dinner on my patio....

salad

fruit

cheese/crackers

ginger snap and white cheddar cheeze cookies

chocolate

Yoplait whips

Kellogs chocolate delight power bars

Edy's orange and cream ice cream bars

ciabatta bread

vine tommos

chicken, sausage, peppers, onions, tommo sauce

wraps

salsa/lime chips

pretzels

chips

cola, wine, Smithwicks ale,tequilla, Irish Mist and Peppermint Schnapps
