Good morning, Ladies and gentlemen:
My topic is “joyful investigationâ€.
Investigation is a very important measure for leaders to exactly grasp service situations and correctly implement policies. Early this year, Governor of the PBC, Mr. Zhou Xiaochuan had successively emphasized the importance of investigation for three times, positioning it as a primary means to strengthen and improve macroeconomic management as top work of subsidiary central banks and as a principal criterion of efficiency evaluation.
Investigation is a very dull and tough job. For sake of it, we work hard regardless of the wicked weather. We work over time and give up the moment that we should be having fun with families and friends.
Though bitter experience we bear, investigation is rather joyful. The joyfulness derives from the relaxation after hardness, loneliness and sweet dreams after monotonous research. The time our work and reports receive acclaims from superiors; the time our fruits of investigation obtain assent of the PBC headquarters and even governors of our state, we cheer up. Not surprisingly, investigation has become a source of joy.
Moreover it has become a dominating brand of the PBC, Yueyang branch. We have been keeping leading status in aspect of investigation among upper level branches for 7 years. Investigation has accomplished our business and brought us laurel and happiness. We are deeply aware that investigation has become a driving force to boost our work, a sail inspiring us to thrive ahead, and a valuable experience.
Dear friend, let us march forward and joyfully investigate, shoulder to shoulder, hand in hand. Expressing youth and harvesting joyfulness; achieving life values of the PBC youngsters.To build a magnificent future!

Always define your acronyms the first time you mention them, especially in writing. You need a period after youngsters in the last paragraph.
If you want to lengthen the article, add more specifics to the paragraphs. Like the bad weather part-make a compare and contrast between the bad weather and the economic conditions!
Gosh, you can tell when a teacher is bored during summer vacation to correct papers!

Anita --- I used to debate through jr high, high school and college. What I see is that you need to really clarify your argument or stance. YOU HAVE GOTTEN WAAY TOOO FAR INVOLVED IN THE BIG WORDS - you need to simplify your words so you talk to the general public. As has been said to you - define your acronyms, talk in your own language - not that language that uses such big words your audience has a hard time understanding. It is VERY IMPORTANT to key your speach to your audience. There is no audience that likes to feel inferior - they all want to understand what you are talking about - they all want to get involved and relate to your topic. Tone it down girl..............

I think it is necessary to explain the main aim about that speech paper. It is translated from Chinese to English, yet u can feel words are so funky. The original meaning is not from me. I don't really comprehend it. The speech womam is choose by her leader.(In China, to show honors to manager, we always call them learder not manager.) She is not good at English, so what i had done is correcting her pronunciation and trying to make words shorter and shorter.
I am so happy that i can make friends with you guys! Truly!
