Inflating Auto Tires
It makes sense to keep tires properly inflated to prevent excess wear, but it's one of the things I hate to do. All California service stations are required to provide free air, but I have yet to find one that works properly. It should be a quick easy process. I just returned from three stations and the process took me over one hour. I should have filled the tires by mouth as it would have been difficult but quicker.:driving:

That's why I bought a tire inflator, that is plugged into the car's cig lighter, works like a charm!!!
Takes all of 6 or 7 minutes to do all 4 tires! My tires are always inflated to the proper required setting, so as to get "max" MPG's!

always have that problem, none are working and some want .25 cents now.
Life is just to short for drama.

I have never put air in my tyres, I ask my brother to do it,
I'm afraid of putting too much in and popping them.

Find out who uses nitrogen instead of air.
Go there and they will deflate your tires and refill them with nitrogen.
Nitrogen doesnt get as hot as air therefore doesnt expand the way air does.
I bought new tires 6 months ago and have yet to adjust my tires.
Costs about 12 clams.
Problem solved.
Although you should still check them periodically.

I like this idea will look into it. I have a portable air compressor that I keep in the car it works great on tire, air mattress etc.

The Hindenberg had hydrogen not nitrogen.

Then I shall continue to smoke with my face pressed up against my tires.

"COSTCO", here in USA, filled the tires I bought with nitrogen. Nevertheless, was still always vigilant about checking/keeping proper air pressure in the tires. After several months, still had to add a few pounds of "air" using my own inflator to keep them filled properly. (Doesn't hurt to check every few months!)
