Boy it sure did, Wow September all ready a week away. Time to be cutting firewood and getting ready for the up coming winter season. The price of home heating oil is up there also. What one has to do just to stay warm any more.

Yep work sucks, :p Everyone will have to take a loan out any more just to stay warm.

I'm loving the cooler morning temps this week....only in the low 40ºs this morning again.

And good morning to you, ;) I'm just great and thanks for asking. Sounds like winter is moving in and time for the heavy coat. And how are things with you on this fine day. :)

Busier than normal for me. Phone just won't stop ringing. Got too much on my plate, sort of speak, this week. Am looking forward to the weekend getting here, that's for sure!

Hey i hear ya with the phone, They can keep the dang things. I was driving in the city on Monday and was at a red light and was looking around, it is nuts every car that was at the light the people in them had a dang cell phone in there ear. come on give me a break folks can't live with out a phone for just a day.

With the long weekend coming up it sure will be nice to have a few days off for sure.

Idgie;963828 wrote: OH that's right...Labor Day Monday! WOOT! :-6 Long weekend! ALRIGHT!!!!

I've seen 2 people wreck this past month while talking on cell phones and driving. One went over an embankment, the other rear ended another car going through a 4 way red light. I just don't understand the urgency of talking on a phone all the time while driving either.

Wow, Party time this weekend for sure Maybe a little BBQ would be nice to. :D

In this day and age the pc.s have taken over the world along with the cell phones. I wounder what ever happened to good old fun. Stop and think they have pc.s in your cars in your house they turn on your lights and heck they even turn on your water. And they wounder why everyone is putting on a few lbs.

Well good for you, Your right to many other things that need to done. ;)

The great outdoors i think is as good as it get's myself. I love walking out on my rear deck every night and taking in all the wildlife around the yard. :) And yes no phone or pc for me. Get enough of that at work every day.

Yeah, hurricane Gustuv and Hanna are coming up for a visit this weekend coming up and if it's as bad as Floyd in 99 I won't be seeing my hubby for the weekend. Everyone will be calling plumbers for basement cleanouts:mad:

Yeah. I talked to Kathy Ellen via phone and she said either everyone was on vacation or just doing other things. August is slow and people are relaxing or getting ready to ship the kiddies off to school.

Yes, tomorrow morning but only for a half day and now that they are calling for another heat wave they are already saying the rest of the week will be half day, which is a relief to me as I don't have to pack lunches:wah:

Quin is bummed because he won't be able to wear his new Crocs to school:wah: I saw them everywhere on the boards and thought of you and told Quin you had them in every color. Now, guess who wants them in every color?

Right now he has dark blue & black with all the charms on them:wah:, but I'm getting him red one's for Christmas. He loves them and won't wear anything else. I'm gonna have a hard time getting him into shoes:wah:

That is the pain of getting the Caymen's. His feet get really gross. I got them last Christmas for him for a bargain price of $20 and they were charging $50
