Hello Kay:-4

Yes they were and still are.

When my family has parties or get to gethers, everyone brings guitars and banjoes and we harmonize to the oldies and Irish songs.

Now that sounds like an Irish party! One of my fave parts in the movie Titantic is when the people down in steerage are playing all those songs. Always gets my foot tapping.

The only part that I cannot watch in that movie is when the Irish mother is putting her two children to bed and saying a prayer to them. The remind me too much of Cecelia (red curly hair) and John.:-1 My husband also can't watch that part either.

I love that music but it'll have to wait until I get home

Can't play it here, it won't come up:-5

Thanks!

Oh, question: How many of those songs made it to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? I know of one but that's not saying much for me, I don't keep up with that. Just curious

Anyone know?
When choosing between two evils, I always like to take the one I've never tried before.
