Nice weekend. Work brought me up to North Dakota, Manitoba, Ontario, got to see Lake Of The Woods and Upper Red Lake, both amazing. The quiet is surreal. So still.

Flew through 600,000 acres of dense woodland in the Chippewa National Forest with Joe Strummer cranked way up.

Lots of deer everywhere, bright stars, crisp weather and the beginnings of goldens and reds as Autumn nears.

Charged me right up !

Ive always wanted to see it and there it was.

I also discovered gaping holes in border security.

If I wanted to I could have infiltrated Canada with scuba gear and some cheese doodles.

Or I could have rented a deer costume and just waltzed right by the patrol.

ALOHA!!

MOTTO TO LIVE BY:

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming.

WOO HOO!!, what a ride!!!"
