Almost Nomie...they own it til they hit gas, oil or lava...whichever comes first. If you're one of the lucky ones and don't hit any of those, and can make it to the other side of the world, you own that piece of land also.

I use a choke collar on my dogs...I HAVE to. If I don't use the choke, Cody (my Great Pyrenees) will drag me all over, he's 140lbs. It took him about 10 minutes to learn how to walk using that and now he's wonderful to walk.

I think what the woman meant about the friends dog thing is.....
