Its my dad's fault Sir!

Post by Chezzie »

Ok so if you read my journal you will know that hubs and the kids went conker picking at the weekend and hubby ended up knocking himself out.

We drilled the conkers and strung them ready for playing.

Hubby tells the girls that he used to sell conkers at school when he was younger:-3

Today I get called into school:-5

Your daughter (8yr old) has been selling conkers to kids at school, a conker and a sticker for 50p:rolleyes:

She was reprimanded and they took the money off her to return to the kids who bought a conker...

She said well Its Dad's fault, he said it was a good idea:o

Eldest also got told off today for running on the grass:-3...

Be wrapping them in bubblewrap for school soon:D

Not even back to school for 2 weeks and already have to deal with principal who has suspended John for the day. Has to write a summary himself explaining the situation. He was defending himself, duh. I'd like to write her up, bubblewrap her and send her over to social Siberia.

I like your kids Chez! Maybe you should consider home schooling in order to keep their spirits free...:sneaky::D
I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

Folks who'd like to copy my intellectual work should expect to pay me for it.:-6
