You know what......... It matters to me.

I milked a cow day in day out for years and we got a 5" creamline on a gallon jar..........

I love the WHOLE creamy milk....................BUTTTT I had a slight heart attack and NV has relagated me to 1%......... and I am surviving.

Yeas I have and you eat the rest my my cooking and LIKE it - PLUS your meds. Hey guess what everybody!!! - BTS has lost 23 pounds in 3 months!! WOOHOO. He did it all by himself. I'm soooooo proud of him for taking care of himself so we can enjoy many more years together.

Hubby tries to sneak in whole milk when I refuse to use anything but 2%.

I work steady dayturn so he does most of the cooking and shopping.
