:-3 This morning he puked once, cried without stop, had a fever of 102, didn't want to move around much, and wouldn't drink or anything. He went to sleep and when he woke up he was all smiles and wouldn't stop but to get a drink. He ate and kept it down. I don't understand:-5 Can anyone explain this? I sure can't.

I called his doctor and she said that if he is still sluggish latter in the day then take him to the er. His fever goes down after I give him baby IB profin. He only seems sick in the morning for the past two days. After his nap he eats drinks and acts like he is fine. I just don't understand

Sounds like a virus. He needs to be checked. Not much they can do for a virus but children that age can dehydrate quickly between the fever and the puking. The doctor may want to prescribe a bland diet also. It's much better to be safe than sorry.
