What you planning on snacking on during the game tomorrow? I will lay out a platter of lots of goodies for my husband to snack on during the game. What is your favorite?

MOTTO TO LIVE BY:

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming.

The Super Bowl will be broadcast here in New Zealand live on ESPN at 10:30 AM Monday, so I will have a late breakfast of Eggs Benedict with ham and chilled Champange with Orange Jusice mix.

There seems to be a Mexican theme at my place every year, as well... not certain why that is, but... I'll have all the favorites at my place tomorrow... my favorite is probably guacamole and tortillas, though. :D ...and yes, I know it's high fat, BUT it's "good" fat! As in heart healthy fat. :)
