Guys and Gals...there's not one of us here (that I know of) that doesn't love flowers....sooooo....flood this thread with piccies of your favourite flowers, gardens, parks etc or even your NOT so favourite flowers.

Spring is nearly here...in the UK anyway...and soon we will have REAL flowers to enjoy in our gardens and parks.....but for now we can enjoy our cyber garden.

I love Lilly of the Valley

2 reasons,

1 they are my flower for my month of birth.

2 I have fond memories of them growing along the side of my house as a kid and they smell so sweet :)

Oh how I love poppies :)

story time hehehehe (typical of me) My gran when my dad was small raised poppies for their seeds so she could make her famous poppy seed cakes. Well she had such a huge crop on their farm that every year after harvest the RCMP came to their farm and watched over her as she burned the stems and pods to make sure my sweet gran was not selling them for opium manufacturing ahahahaha My dad still laughs about this.

So many pretty gardens, and I am going to lay out mine soon. I still am undecided about it-I want flowers this year instead of veggies. Those are beautiful pics, Bez.

I have a friend who when he was a little boy, his mom told him that

daffodils were "Robin's Telephones" isn't that sweet?

Bez if you like daffodils, you should check out this place:

http://www.amadorcountychamber.com/Onli ... Farms.html

I was there once years ago and it is truly spectacular. There might be

other sites with better pics...
