Weeders Going to London

This is unbelievable. I have never done anything like this in my life, I am attending the Forum Garden reunion in London on May 6th. I am so excited I am going to scream!!! I will meet Minks, Raven, Theia, Betty, OpenMind.... Who Else???

You guys all know that right now.. I am technically unemployed.. Technically?? Hell I AM UNEMPLOYED... I received two fees for my landscape design plans today, and am believing that the new consulting venture will be sucessful. But Ill tell you, I need this adventure.. to jump start my adventurous nature that has been bogged down for a while now. DO YOU BELIEVE THIS????? Was it fate when my awkward fingers stumbled across this forum 18 monts ago.. down in the swamps of Georgia.. and brought me in contact with so many of you wonderful people???

Life is a wonderful, wonderful adventure.... Remind me I said this when Im getting on that HUGE plane... going off on this Majorly scary adventure:-4 :-4 :-4

Oh, Weeder, how exciting for you!!! If anyone deserves a break like this, it's you. How very exciting to meet some of the gang you're meeting!! Please give Minks especially an extra big hug from me.

I hope to be meeting LC in the early part of July, maybe on our way down, we'll stop and scoop you up, too! You'd have to hop on the back of Bullet's bike, but you've been on scoots before!! :yh_bigsmi

I have never been to Europe. I guess it wasnt the best time to go because of losing my job.... but then I thought... This is the perfect time. I really need this. For me lately.. its just one trauma after the other. Its time to do something fun, that is an adventure, I told my mother.. Mom, your going to think Im crazy doing this right now... but guess what Im doing? And she said " Good for You!!!"

I am absolutely thrilled. Maybe the next reunion could be in Florida.

I can say that quite safely as Theia and I will be lost in Scotland and not have to worry about meeting any of you crazy people!! hehehehehe :p

If you get lost in Scotland.... Ill be left wandering around the streets of London, or living in the airport.. like the movie The Terminal. Better get those maps out, and start stugying. Youve got a big responsibility coming up.

Theia.... IM NOT REALLY WORRIED.... I Have an Obligation to be dramatic.. It is what I am known for. I have every confidence in both of you... All of you. I dont think there was ever a person arriving ANYWHERE who had the support of so many people. Why do you think Im doing this???? Id rather meet many of you, than spend a week with people I know!!!!:-4

Bez... I will have to go home the following Saturday.. That gives me 8 days. Not long enough, but not bad for a first trip. Im happy with that. And....... Ill go BACK!

Well to be honest Bez, I've been trying to sort out my own arrangements over the last few weeks, so I'm not really sure if there are any major developments, Raven would obviously be the best person to ask there.

But as far as I'm aware, myself, BB, Theia and Raven are staying around her house on Friday. Come Saturday we are presumibly still going to meet everyone else that can make it at the sundial. Then all head out together to meet Minks, and whoever can't make the early sundial meeting. Then we will be heading out to the London eye and River cruise (though of course the weather may have an effect on that.)

I do believe though that we aren't pre-booking anything, as certain people might drop out at a very late stage, so we were going to just queue up on the day and book then, so that any late arrivals won't miss out either. After that we will be having lunch, and then I'm not too sure, depends on how Minks and everybody else feels I guess.

Whatever happens though, it's sure to be a great day!!!

It is fabo indeed. Yes I think if anyone is around earlier they need to fetch our lovely weeder and take her under their wing, I know her journey is being co-ordinated by Theia but her and Betty arrive later than her. Ahhhh she is a brave gal that Weeder hehehehehehe

Bez, Arnold and I said we would meet you when you arrive in London to escort you to the group. This still stands as far as I am concerned if you can still make it.
