Excel expert (with time?!)

It's Easter so anyone who's really bored might like to help me with this one...

I need a VBA sub (event handler) that will do a "beforeclose" but with a few additions! and here,s the rub...

The spreadsheet in question is used only by the nightshift. I need it to save a copy of itself to a filename with todays date appended to the end, and overwrite any existing filename with the same name but ONLY if it is before 21:00! I dont want the nightshift starting that night to close the spreadsheet and overwrite the previous nightshifts data.

Complex I know, if its unclear but you think you could help, let me know and I'll clarify if I can
