Our new neighbor is always out bouncing a basketball up and down the sidewalk :-5 and he's like in his 30's or 40's!! :-5

Well we have kids that live all around us, that play football and cricket on the road outside our house, and the amount of times that those balls, hit our windows seems endless. My dad has had many a fit with those kids, but do they pay the blind bit of notice?? Do they heck!!

:-3 Lordy! I live in California and it would be nice ... for a change .... to see someone "bouncing balls" and not heads!
