LOL! It's a line from the terribly popular 'RED DWARF' sci-fi comedy here.
It's referring to a character who ends up as a hologram. In life he was a total prat. But he is constantly called a smeg-head. If you get a chance, try and get a copy of the first series. You will instantly see what it means!:wah:
