Hi Val, of course I have heard about it since he was considering playing with the Boston Red Sox (I am *crazy* about baseball!)

He is going to make $3.5 million per month for three months. And he only has to show up at the ballpark on the days that he pitches. He only lives two miles from the Houston Astrodome.

We folks in Beantown would have *loved* to see Roger in a Sox uniform. Since he started his pitching career here, it would have been meaningful to end it here as well.

Plus we could kick the NY Yankees A.S.S.!!!
