Guaran-damn-teed.
1 6 oz can pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 TBS ginger
I use a small wire whisk and mix this all together in
one of my Revereware frying pans that has a lid.
(Larger size, I can go measure it if you need me to)
Then I put in a London Broil, and put it all in the fridge
for 24 hours, turning once or twice. Grill, slice in
strips and put on a toasted sourdough sandwich roll. You can
heat the marinade (to kill off anything from having the
raw meat in it) and serve in small bowls for aus jus.
I swear to you, this will be a hit with the crowd. My
mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Sounds like a great addition to my recipe collection. I love to marinade stuff. Gives great flavor.
