Hi, I submitted the request, or whatever you call it, for paid subscription and just checked...it went through fine. When do the "perks" of that kick in? I.e. lack of advertising, etc.? Did I do something wrong?

Actually, send a PM to Tombstone. He's the one who handles that end of things.

No prob., Cher. Each guy has his own things that he handles, and Tombstone just happens to handle the financial end of things. There's no way you could have known that! :yh_bigsmi

I'm not asking to make you feel dumb, Mystery, but I just want to be sure...you do know how to send a PM to Tombstone, right? My apologies if that makes you feel like you don't know what you're doing. I just want to help.

Haha, no worries BabyRider, I appreciate the help. But, yes, I do know that. I've participated in forums before, but have never been interested enough in one to consider paying a subscription, and it's my first time to ever be involved with paypal, hence the thinking I had screwed up (and let's face it, grace is not my middle name :o )

Thanks for the help, in any case, it's refreshing to have people actually pay attention to silly newbies asking endless questions! :D

Oh good, like I said, I just want to help. We love our newbies!! We have so many that pop in, post an intro, and we never hear from them again, so one that wants to become a supporting member is going to get help!! :yh_bigsmi

GOing home now, but I'll check back later. Thanks again for all the help!

So why aren't we seeing a "Supporting Member" sign under your name yet, Mystery?
