At least 3 times:

1st - as soon as in office (9:00 am)

2nd - a break at 10:30am

3rd - after lunch - at 13:30pm - that is, right now.

almost never in the afternoon, after dinner only if I have dinner in a restaurant.

Oh , of course i'm speaking of coffee..

I have a cup of tea at 16:00, if it is cold outside...in winter time, for exemple.

ciao

Dr. G

You're funny :)

I drink iced coffee and probably have two large drinks per day

But I make it at home and I make it *really* weak. If I get it in a Dunkin' Donuts, it's *way* too strong for me.

But I wake up in 'hyper mode' anyway, so I don't really need it.

As I've said before, hubby really wishes I came with a dimmer switch  :)

One mug of decaf tea in the mornings.

Haven't had "regular" caffeine in almost 7 years. Back then, used to

have pretty weak flavored coffee.

Two Extra-Strength Excedrin will make my hands shake from the

caffeine!!

In fact, had my mother saved my placenta at birth, dried it out, I'd seep it in hot water and make tea out of that instead!!!!!!

Ok, all I drink is coffee. From the time I get up in the morning until I set that last almost empty cup on the kitchen counter on the way to bed.

I know I am going to sound like the vocabulary police here

but I think you mean to say "hyper" -- which is overactive.

"Hypo" is underactive or sluggish, which you are CLEARLY not :)

I'll let you off this time with a warning, Missy, but if this happens again, I'm gonna have to take you into the station . . . :p

About the same - one black coffee and one cold water (I'm trying to cut down on the coffee) every 15 to 20 minutes whilst at work.

Take out lunch breaks and meetings it gets to 20 cups of coffee a day

4 - 5 cups of coffee a day. With the occasional stop at Starbucks.

2 - 3 cups of green tea a day as well.

I usually drink two cups of coffee in the mornings and that's it for me. My hubby can and does drink coffee on and off all day.
