Have you Ever Cheated on your WIfe/Husband?

Post by Saffron »

I don't know why I thought of this, but I was just wondering how many people have cheated on their significant others. So I'm gonna try and make this poll. You can elaborate on your answer.

Here it goes.......Yes or no, do you or have you ever cheated while you were/are married, or not?

Not me, when I was married I was bad. Very, very bad.:-1

But I don't think that I would cheat now.

NO - I always left one relationship before another started.

I have dated a man that was seperated - that didn't worked out - he went back to the wife, never did that again - not worth it, but fun while it lasted..

I have never cheated on a spouse.

My first husband couldn't keep his pants on but he got much better at hiding it after I caught him the first time. (I was young and stupid.)

Now - I don't know if this is considered cheating - but my husband moved out in October and told me the Sunday after Thanksgiving that he wanted a divorce.

Last night he told me he was "seeing" his sister's roommate.

Since he also lives at his sister's house - wouldn't this mean he is LIVING with someone!!!!!!

I guess that just goes to show that even after 10 years together you don't really know what someone is capable of.

Ditto, except it's nearly 17 years. MY other half makes me laugh out loud and he's fun and inventive in bed...why would I want to lose that? :-4

It's just a figure of speech in reference to crazy and exotic behavior. More or less sexual, but it's not really my sort of taste...I only used it in reference to sexual behavior in an attempt to be funny that's all.

Perhaps the song sung by Korn "Freak on a leash", may help to elaborate better.

If not then no, if so then yes.

Don't judge anyone until you walk in their shoes.

Like anyone is going to admit it even if they did? Most people are too damn scared what other people would think of them.

So, being Miss Contraversial - YES I have! When I was despaerately unhappy, and not my current partner before anyone assumes. I'd have to say I don't regret it at all. It made me realise that I didn't love the guy and I should let him go.

Plus it was rather good if I do say so!

When I truly love someone, there's no way I'd even think about it.

Very well said...I admitted to it, and then went back and took it off of here, afraid what people would think...because didn't feel like explaining the whole situation..I was mis-treated and told he didn't love me for a year or so...someone showed me affection...it was very wrong and I regret it...would never do it again. I'm the loyal type in a healthy loving relationship, was married for 15 years...and was faithful for 14 and a half...most people are very quick to judge when you admit to something that is morraly wrong...

I agree about not judging someone unless you have walked in their shoes :-6

It's a very slippery slope

And no, I have not cheated on my husband -- if you guys think that Catholic guilt is bad, wait'll you see Jewish guilt :) !!

I have not cheated in real life but in my mind - frequently but not with attainable men, by that I mean a quick fantasy about a roll in the hay with someone famous, or someone way out of my league. (trouble is I usually fall asleep before the good bits!)

I love my husband and hope that I would never be unfaithful but I acknowledge that I can't see into the future and don't know what life has in store for us, what happens if we are unable to have a physical relationship anymore? I say now that I could live without it but I don't really know.

I admire anyone that has the honesty to admit to it and the courage to try to fix a relationsip afterwards.

No one can judge anyone or anything about the subject at hand...unless they have been in a relationship that has no love...no trust because it has been burnt to the last match..and lonely --so lonely that you didn't want to get out of bed in the morning.......two wrongs never made a right--but for one night it felt wonderful!!!! hmmm so the truth....yes. Plan and simple..and did I end up telling him??? yes...did he care--of course not. I belittled myself to hurt him...and he laughed and said I didn't matter and that he thought I was lying..no one would want me...
