ForumGarden has so far failed to note the passing of one of the chief architects of Operation Condor, the mass torture and murder of dissidents in South America during the 1970s and 80s.Did they expect us to treat them with any respect? They can polish their medals and sharpen their smiles, and amuse themselves playing games for awhile. Boom boom, bang bang, lie down you're dead. I raise a glass to his everlasting memory, as I shall again when his contemporary in British politics finally cashes her chips.
