The hubby and I are celebrating 25 years this coming fall. We got married at the JP with witnesses that were in his office in our street clothes. I want to surprise him and have him see his "bride" in a gown after all these years. The problem is I don't have a lot of money to spend and I am VERY small (size 0-2). I am wondering if anyone would have a gown that they would be willing to part with for just a little money?

Check the consignment shops in your area. We have one here that deals exclusively in formal wear. Not sure if they do wedding gowns..but it would be worth a shot.

Anything that looks like it would be used for the purpose of a bride's gown will do. I prefer white or ivory in color.

The reason i'm asking this junk is because a friend of mind who sews for everyone has had folks giving her nice clothes ..gowns and suits kinda stuff for years to find good homes for.. I'll ask her if she has anything that would be appropriate for you..

I guess I might as well just post my measurements.

I am 5"2" in bare feet. My measurements are 32-25-35.

I am not a youngster, so I would like to be a bit conservative and yet sexy.
