Oh sorry to hear that pinks, I am in the same boat, though I just have the cramps, not the running to the toilet part so I am lucky that way. I don't feel quite so bad today as yesterday so the tablets the doctor gave me must be helping, as well as the easy food, we were just talking about food last night as well, yes, it must be the chicken I am guessing. Poor you. :-1

Is that because you have to travel tonight? Maybe if you drink plenty of water, and later in the evening when you system is a bit cleared out, you could take immodium or something like that if you have to travel, best to get some advice though, do you feel very ill as well?

Oohh, you called me handsome, 10 euro on the way. I do not feel handsome, I feel like shreck at the moment. It is dark now, early morning where you are, its half eleven here, and the sun is clear and bright, its a lovely day! :-6
