Do you ever just search for pictures on the Internet? I used to do that a lot. I'd go searching for smileys. And also for pictures for my own website. I was in a computer class and a friend of mine in that course said that it's bad Internet etiquette. Has anybody heard of that?:D

Yeah, I have thousands of smilies stored in folders on my PC from searches for my sites. Smiley MAD me!

I have tons of graphics and other things I've saved. I figure if it's out there and I want it, I'm going to take it.

As long as your not ignoring any notices on the web page that ask you not to take anything...then there isn't problem!...and as long as your saving them to your computer and not hot linking.

If you post an image on the internet then its commonly accepted that your image can be viewed and taken by others.

If anyone has a problem with that, then they should say so where the imaged is posted! or simply don't post it in the first place!

Therefore I don't have a problem taking images and smileys

Whenever I travel through Europe I always jump on the net when I get home and download pictures of the city and sights that I saw, photography is not my strong point but I love taking and sharing photos so as long as there aren't any copyright or legality messages on the site I copy as many as I can, some people take awesome photos of amazing things and places, it just adds more joy to the memories when you look at them years after being there.

Well I know two people for sure that search for pics and all of that on the net and they are Choco and Rapunzel, they are picture mad!
